2. Who we are
“FBC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean F#CK BILLIONAIRES CLUB, a people-powered project based in Joplin, Missouri. The site shares our mission, collects newsletter signups, and links to a separately hosted storefront.
3. Store purchases
Product purchases are completed on a third-party hosted shop. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, product availability, payment terms, and checkout-specific policies shown there are part of your purchase. Review them before ordering. We may change or discontinue products without notice.
4. Product information
We work to present product descriptions and colors accurately, but screens, garment batches, and made-to-order production can create small variations. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that an item will always be available.
5. Shipping, refunds, and returns
Our Shipping & Returns Policy explains the current baseline. The terms displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation control if they differ.
6. Newsletter
If you subscribe, you agree to receive movement news, product drops, and impact updates. You can unsubscribe through the link in any marketing email. Subscribing is not required to make a purchase.
7. Intellectual property
The site design, original writing, artwork, marks, and product graphics are owned by or licensed to FBC. You may share links and brief excerpts for noncommercial commentary. You may not copy, sell, impersonate, or build a confusingly similar commercial site or product line from our work.
8. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, probe its security, submit unlawful or deceptive information, scrape it at disruptive scale, misuse forms, or use the site to violate another person's rights.
9. Third-party services
The shop, newsletter form, payment flow, and other linked services are operated by independent providers. Their terms and privacy practices also apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party sites we do not control.
10. Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so some may not apply to you.
